Postpartum Support

$115.00

Compassionate, practical support during the early weeks after birth.

Postpartum support is focused on helping you recover, adjust, and feel confident as you transition into life with a new baby. This service provides individualized, in-home or virtual support centered on your physical recovery, emotional well-being, and infant feeding goals.

As an RN and IBCLC, I offer evidence-based guidance while honoring your preferences and lived experience. Support is flexible and responsive—meeting you where you are, whether you need hands-on feeding help, reassurance, education, or space to process your birth experience.

Postpartum care may include:

  • Newborn feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding)

  • Latch, positioning, and milk supply support

  • Pump education and flange fitting

  • Infant cues, soothing techniques, and sleep education

  • Maternal recovery education and reassurance

  • Emotional support and validation during the postpartum adjustment

  • Referrals to trusted community resources when needed

This service is ideal for families who want steady, knowledgeable support during the vulnerable early postpartum period—helping reduce overwhelm, build confidence, and establish feeding and care routines that feel sustainable.

Postpartum support can be booked as a single visit or combined with prenatal education, continuous labor support, and lactation services for seamless, relationship-based care.
