As your doula, I offer hands-on comfort measures such as positioning, movement, counter-pressure, and breathing guidance, along with reassurance and clear information as labor unfolds. I support both you and your partner, helping you navigate decisions while working alongside your medical team.

Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, or cesarean, my role is to help you feel heard, informed, and cared for—especially during intense or unexpected moments.
