Full Service Birth and Lactation Support Package
Comprehensive, continuous care from pregnancy through postpartum and feeding.
This full-service package is designed for families who want consistent, relationship-based support across pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. Rather than fragmented services, this package offers integrated care—so your education, labor support, and feeding goals are aligned every step of the way.
Prenatal Support & Education
We begin during pregnancy with individualized prenatal visits focused on birth preparation and feeding education. These sessions include:
Birth preferences and planning
Comfort measures and partner support strategies
Preparing for common labor decisions and interventions
Evidence-based infant feeding education (breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding)
Setting realistic expectations for the early postpartum period
Continuous Labor & Birth Support
You’ll receive continuous, in-person labor support from active labor through birth. I provide calm physical, emotional, and informational support tailored to your needs and preferences, including:
Hands-on comfort measures (positioning, movement, counter-pressure, breathing guidance)
Emotional reassurance and grounding support
Partner coaching and support
Assistance navigating changes or unexpected events
Collaboration with your medical team to help you feel informed and supported
Postpartum & Lactation Support
Care continues after birth with focused postpartum and feeding support to ease the transition home. This includes:
Immediate postpartum guidance and reassurance
Early feeding support, positioning, and latch assistance
Pump education and flange fitting as needed
Infant feeding plans that adapt to your goals and circumstances
Follow-up lactation support during the early weeks postpartum
As an RN and IBCLC, I provide evidence-based care that supports both physical recovery and emotional well-being—meeting you where you are without judgment.
What’s Included:
Prenatal education and birth planning visits
On-call availability leading up to your due date
Continuous labor and birth support
Partner support and advocacy guidance
Postpartum visits with lactation support
Ongoing feeding education and follow-up
This package is ideal for families who want consistent support, informed guidance, and seamless care—from preparing for birth to confidently feeding and caring for their newborn.
